Let's play...

So I'd like to play a game. How about "Where's Waldo"

Can you find Waldo in this picture?

How about this one?

Now try this one...
Gotcha!

(I think I just displayed a little too much of my demented sense of humor.)

Congratulations, guys!!! I enjoyed reading through some of your recent blogs and catching up on your family. Makes me miss those days of "busyness" (and homeschooling back when it was "just us") which now seem like nothing in comparison to teens. Thank God we build up to the teen years! lol Enjoy it, like it says in your blog title, cause we really miss our kids being little.
Congratulations to Chloe also for her terrific reading! Nikki read those same Little House books when she was her age and then again and again even after they became more like remedial reading for her. That reminds me of something I heard from a reading specialist at a homeschool conference. She said remedial-type reading can actually be good for kids sometimes just to reinforce what they already know, provide a boost of confidence, for the enjoyment of an "easy" read, so it's not a bad thing to throw in every now and then, particularly if your child is getting burnt out or having a bad attitude.
Have a great day Rodies!

Yippee!!!! I can't believe I didn't read this until just now. I'm impressed that you held it in last night!!! Congratulations! I will be praying for this tiny one!

Mom to four beautiful blessings including a brand new little guy. Laugh and cry with me as I navigate the joys and perils of motherhood and homeschooling.
